This Privacy Policy explains how Gospel Partner Coffee, a program by Nuance Coffee Roasters, collects, uses, and protects information submitted through gospelpartnercoffee.com.
Information we collect
When you request access, we collect the organization, contact, ministry, coffee needs, and partnership information you provide. If an account is later approved and created, we also process account, order, billing, shipping, and customer-service information needed to serve your organization.
How we use information
We use application information to review eligibility manually, communicate about your request, create and administer approved accounts, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational obligations. Submitting an application does not create an account, grant a role, reveal partner pricing, or guarantee approval.
How we share information
We do not sell applicant or customer information. We share information only with authorized administrators and service providers that help us operate the website, review requests, communicate, process payments, fulfill orders, or comply with law. Those providers receive only the information needed for their work.
Data retention

Tax-exemption documents
Approved Gospel Partner Coffee customers may voluntarily submit tax-exemption certificates through a protected area of their account. We use these documents only to evaluate tax-exempt purchasing eligibility, maintain required tax records, and provide customer service.
Certificates are limited to authorized administrators, are not placed in the public WordPress Media Library, and are not attached to email notifications. We retain accepted certificates for the period required for our tax records and remove them when they are no longer required.
